School-Based Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) - Somerville, Massachusetts

Key Qualifications: Active COTA certification required Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric OT setting preferred Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to adapt to the needs of students with varying abilities and backgrounds Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment Primary Responsibilities: Provide direct occupational therapy services to students in grades K-8 Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to develop and implement individualized treatment plans Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports Support students in developing fine motor, sensory processing, and daily living skills Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team efforts Benefits & Perks:This contract offers 20-25 hours per week across 3-4 days, starting as soon as possible and continuing through December 18th.
