This position requires reliability, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to safety. The typical shift is 6:00 AM–3:00 PM, though start times may vary based on operational needs - flexibility is essential.Key ResponsibilitiesSafely operate company vehicles, including 26-ft box trucks, to transport HVAC and plumbing materials to designated sites.Load and unload materials, ensuring proper handling and secure transport of all cargo.Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle readiness.Follow delivery schedules and routes efficiently to meet deadlines.Maintain accurate logs for deliveries, mileage, and vehicle maintenance.Communicate effectively with dispatch, site teams, and office staff.Comply with all DOT, traffic, and company safety regulations.RequirementsMust be able to safely drive a 26-ft box truck.Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.DOT medical certification (or willingness to obtain).CDL preferred but not required.Minimum 1 year of prior delivery or driving experience.Ability to lift up to 100 lbs. and handle heavy materials safely.Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.Excellent communication and time management skills.Why Join VMG?We offer a highly competitive compensation and benefits package, including:Competitive base payPerformance-based bonus opportunitiesComprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurancePaid time off (PTO)401(k) retirement planCareer growth within a family-owned, industry-leading company
