Job Location: Columbus, Ohio
Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aide to join our team at SYNERGY HomeCare of East Columbus. As a Home Health Aide, you will provide non-medical care and support to clients in their homes, enabling them to live happy, healthy, and independent lives. Our mission is to enable our clients to live their best lives, and we are committed to providing the best care possible.
Responsibilities:
- Provide attention to clients' non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement
- Assist clients with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
- Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers
- Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts
- Work collaboratively with other caregivers and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care

Qualifications & Requirements:
- Have or acquire CPR/First Aid certification
- Evidence of a negative Tuberculosis (TB) test if applicable
- National background check
- A valid driver's license, proof of car insurance/registration, and a reliable car (preferred)
