SERVICE BDC AGENT

Peoria Ford is looking for a Service BDC Representative who can drive appointments, communicate with customers, and keep the service department’s schedule full. This is a production position. Your job is to contact customers, create service appointments, get customers to show up, and help turn those appointments into repair orders. • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, texts, and emails.
• Contact customers due for service and generate service appointments.
• Follow up with customers who have declined, missed, or postponed service.
• Confirm upcoming appointments and reduce no-shows.
• Respond quickly and professionally to internet and service inquiries.
• Accurately schedule customers based on service needs and shop capacity.
• Maintain consistent follow-up until the customer schedules or clearly declines.
• Communicate customer concerns and appointment details to the Service Department.
• Make outbound calls every day and consistently work your assigned customer lists.
• Document every customer interaction accurately in the CRM.
• Meet and exceed appointment, contact, show, and sold-repair goals.
