Titling Specialist

Caribou Biosciences seeks a Titling Specialist to process auto refinance documents, manage lien transfers across all 50 states, and coordinate with customers, lenders, and jurisdictional agencies. This onsite role in Denver requires strong attention to detail and ability to handle high-volume, time-sensitive transactions.

Responsibilities

• Receive, upload, review, and submit titling documents to complete refinance process and ensure lien perfection
• Contact customers, lenders, and jurisdictional organizations to obtain missing documents and confirm payoff details
• Navigate and update internal databases and tracking tools to manage file progress within SLAs
• Submit files to external titling partners and manage holds with jurisdictional agencies
• Facilitate remote wet-ink signing sessions using LongPen technology and manage document logistics

Requirements

• Advanced computer literacy and proficiency navigating multiple databases and platforms
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage competing priorities and meet service level agreements
• Excellent communication abilities via phone, email, text, and mail
• Detail-oriented approach to document review, verification, and accuracy
• Subject matter expertise in national titling practices or willingness to develop it
