Coverage Area: Midwest Regions (Maryland, Virginia, West Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina) Travel Expectation: Up to 3 weeks per month across multiple states Flexible Mobile Technician Role with Comprehensive Regional Support Pay Range: $34.00 – $40.00 per hour (based on skillset and experience) Full Time Teammates are also eligible for: Paid Training Uniforms & cleaning services provided Safety shoes & glasses provided Paid Time Off plus paid holidays 401(k) with Company matching on a dollar-for-dollar basis Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP) Group Health Insurance – Medical, Dental, Vision & Disability Basic and Supplemental Life Insurance Job Overview Responsible for repairing and maintaining medium to heavy duty customer vehicles and equipment, including routine preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance to ensure efficient vehicle operations. Assigned to and operate a company-owned service vehicle to visit customers and conduct service repairs onsite. Service repairs may include equipment such as forklifts, trailers, and tractors. Mobile Tech will perform duties independently, with little to no supervision. Must be equipped with personal hand tools and keep tools stored in the service bed of the truck. Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities Strong knowledge and understanding of medium to heavy duty diesel truck engines Diagnostic and troubleshooting skills; understanding of internal combustion gas and diesel engines Self-starter with strong communication and problem-solving skills Computer proficiency (Microsoft Suite and other internal systems) Minimum Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old Class A/B license preferred for some positions Ability to obtain DOT Medical Certificate DOT Brake and Annual Inspection certification High school diploma or equivalency experience required Clean driving record Coca-Cola Consolidated is the nation’s largest Coca‑Cola bottler.
