Dual Server/Bartender Role

Safety and professionalism are our top priorities. We are seeking a responsible, professional, and motivated team member to fill a dual Server/Bartender role. We're looking for a team member who prioritizes safety, takes ownership of their work, and contributes to a respectful and professional workplace.

Position Summary

The Server/Bartender provides exceptional guest service while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment. This role is hands-on, fast-paced, and requires flexibility to cover both serving and bartending duties with professionalism at all times.

Key Responsibilities

• Bartending
  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following recipes and standards
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe bar area
  • Monitor alcohol consumption and enforce responsible service
  • Restock bar and manage inventory as needed
• Serving
  • Take guest orders accurately and deliver food and beverages promptly
  • Provide courteous, professional, and attentive service
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
• Safety & Compliance
  • Follow all health, safety, and alcohol service regulations
  • Use all equipment, tools, and glassware safely
  • Report hazards or incidents immediately
  • Enforce a culture of safety and accountability at all times
• Teamwork & Accountability
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with team members and management
  • Assist with training new staff as needed
  • Help with opening, closing, and side work to maintain standards

Qualifications

Previous bartending and/or serving experience preferred

Strong communication and customer service skills

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Must be 21+ for bartending responsibilities

Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays

Professional, reliable, and team-oriented

Professional Standards

Reliability, teamwork, and respect are mandatory

Safety, cleanliness, and guest-first service are required every shift

Team members must take ownership of their role and support their coworkers
