Assistant General Counsel

Company Description Nellis Corporation, a Potomac-based real estate investment company, seeks assistant counsel with at least three years of commercial real estate experience. Experience should include drafting and negotiating leases, amendments, assignments, purchase and sale agreements, and construction contracts. Corporate and land use experience is a plus. Experience with Microsoft Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook or comparable software applications. Admission to at least one state bar required. Competitive benefits package including paid time off, health and dental insurance, 401(k) with company match, mileage reimbursement, and flexible spending account. Salary commensurate with experience. Five-day a week in-person position.
