Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) | Three Creeks Post Acute | $22–$26/hr

Available Shifts:

• 6 AM - 2 PM

• 2 PM - 10 PM

• NOC - $.75 - $1 shift differential
  

Make a real difference in residents' daily lives at Three Creeks Post Acute. We're hiring compassionate CNAs for both day and evening shifts to provide hands-on care that helps residents maintain dignity, independence, and the highest possible quality of life in a true homelike environment.

What You'll Do

• Provide direct care that supports each resident's plan of care and helps them maintain or improve their abilities

• Assist with bathing, grooming, oral care, dressing, mobility, transferring, and feeding - from light set-up help to more hands-on support

• Protect residents' rights, dignity, and self-determination, offering choices in their daily routine

• Observe changes in resident behavior and report them promptly to the nurse

• Follow facility policies and procedures, including infection control protocols

• Document resident care and condition accurately in the resident's record

• Stay in regular communication with the charge nurse throughout your shift

What You'll Need

• Current CNA certification

• Compassion for residents and genuine interest in their wellbeing

• Strong communication skills and reliability as part of a care team

• Ability to follow care plans and facility procedures consistently
