- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field or equivalent experience.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding regional sales targets and managing sales teams.
- Strong knowledge of sales strategies, sales planning, and sales incentive programs.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Advanced degree or certifications in sales management or hospitality.
- Demonstrated success in outside sales and business development within the hospitality sector.
- Familiarity with regional market dynamics and customer preferences.
- Ability to travel frequently within the assigned sales territory.
- Develop and implement regional sales strategies to meet or exceed sales volume targets within the accommodation and food services sector.
- Conduct outside sales activities including client visits, presentations, and negotiations to secure new business and maintain existing accounts.
- Design and manage sales incentive programs to drive team engagement and achieve sales objectives.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales plans and strategies accordingly.
