Plan for and support development of individual skills and abilities.QualificationsEXPERIENCE/EDUCATIONBachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management15+ years of experience on a $100 million+ site/civil construction project or multiple projects in a superintendent role is mandatoryOSHA 30-hour certifiedSTS-C CertificationFirst Aid, CPR, AED, Stop the Bleed TrainingOr equivalent combination of education and experienceKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIESStrong technical and communication skillsExcellent organizational skillsExcellent problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing needsAbility to participate in sales process, interviews, and presentations.Ability to lead in a team environmentProficient in Microsoft Office and other industry standard construction software toolsConstruction-document and drawing literate, with knowledge of all phases of constructionFamiliarity with Pull Planning ProcessExperience and proficiency in all divisions of work, methods, materials, scheduling, and cost controlStrong knowledge and appreciation of construction safety processes and ability to enforce the project safety planAbility to create an environment where “safety first” is the culture and all trades people work with an incident and injury free attitudeMust be experienced supervising and leading a larger project teamKnowledge of labor relationsSalary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
