Pay: $80k-$88k annually

Responsibilities

The Assistant General Manager (AGM) at Hotel Blake will partner with the General Manager to lead all aspects of hotel operations, ensuring the property consistently exceeds performance targets, delivers world‑class guest experiences, and upholds Hilton’s brand standards. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong financial acumen, and the ability to inspire and develop a high‑performing team in a dynamic vacation club environment.

• Support the General Manager in achieving revenue, occupancy, and profit goals.
• Oversee daily operations across front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance.
• Monitor key performance indicators and implement corrective actions to improve property performance.
• Lead and develop department heads, fostering a culture of service excellence and accountability.
• Ensure compliance with Hilton brand standards, safety regulations, and local laws.
• Handle guest escalations, ensuring swift resolution and maintaining high satisfaction scores.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for the property.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to maintain operational quality.
• Participate in recruitment, training, and performance evaluations of staff.

Qualifications

To fulfill this role effectively, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 5 years of progressive leadership experience in hotel or resort operations.
• Proven track record of improving property financial performance and guest satisfaction.
• Strong analytical and financial management skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Knowledge of Hilton brand standards and vacation club operations preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Proficiency with hotel management systems (e.g., OnQ, OPERA) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop diverse teams.
