Builtech is currently seeking an Assistant Superintendent ready to join our fast-paced and team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in coordinating daily operational objectives, timelines and goals.
• Assist with the on-site safety program to maintain a safe jobsite per the requirements of OSHA and the Builtech Safety Plan.
• Develop and manage project schedules using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Project.
• Schedule and coordinate subcontractors and ensure overall contractual performance.
• Assist project team in developing and implementing project procedures, management tools, standards, etc.
• Includes interfacing with owners, subcontractors and architects.
• Daily communication with your project teammates.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction or a construction-related college degree is preferred  
• Limited travel may be required.  
• Knowledge and proficiency in the following computer software systems: MS Office (including Excel and Project) and preferably, Procore 
• Leadership skills including self-awareness, positivity, assertiveness, delegation, negotiation and organization 
• Must be able to lift/move materials up to 40lbs in weight 
• Valid Driver?s License

Compensation: $80,000-100,000+++
