Animal Care Group of Lake Oswego is looking for a Veterinary Ophthalmologist to join our team and help us bring advanced ophthalmic care to the pets and families of our community. In this role, you will:
- Perform advanced ophthalmic diagnostics and microsurgical procedures
- Diagnose and manage complex ocular diseases
- Develop thoughtful, individualized treatment plans
- Communicate clearly and compassionately with pet owners
- Collaborate with our general practice, urgent care, and support teams
- Help shape the continued growth of our ophthalmology service
- Contribute positively to a culture of learning, teamwork, and excellence
You may be a wonderful fit if you are:
- A Board-Certified Veterinary Ophthalmologist or residency-trained candidate
- Eligible for veterinary licensure in Oregon

Compensation and Benefits
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $220,000$250,000, with additional earning potential through a monthly production bonus with no negative accrual. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
