Deal directly with customer either by phone or face to face. Have a memorized knowledge, know how to account, handle and resolve customer inquiries and complaints. Smile both over the phone and when face to face with all customers, greet each customer with a smile welcome to Dominos, help in prep boxes, no cell phone use or texting food product, remove garbage, clean sweep and help to keep the store front and back, including parking lot, sidewalk. Maintain a friendly, courteous attitude, speed is inside the store! Customers are impressed with efficiency and enthusiasm and hustle.
