We're looking for enthusiastic and ambitious individuals to lead our shops. Every day in our shops, we make real food from scratch — you'll oversee a full-service BOH operation, with a quick-service FOH model. The GM/Team Lead is the anchor of the store — you're an enthusiastic leader, a quick thinker, a problem-solver, a skilled communicator, and a motivator. You'll be accountable for executing day to day in a way that aligns with our core values and within the budget for your store with particular emphasis on food + labor + supplies.
