Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint review, and sprint retrospective meetingsLead business process definition, re-engineering, improvement and gap analysis of current/to-be processes with key customer sponsors and stakeholdersServe as a liaison between business owners, end users, and IT partners ensuring cohesive approach, comprehensive solutions, and excellence in delivery; Work with stakeholders, focus groups and end users to analyze, evaluate, and develop business use cases and business process models to aid translation of business requirements into functional/technical requirementsLead the flow of requirements from the product backlog into sprint planning, providing a controlled, joined-up overall view of the business and functional requirements at a detailed levelMaintain requirements documentation to ensure all approved business requirements, use cases, process flows, and reporting requirements are up to dateMonitor progress and deadlines for each application development team, identifying and addressing any potential bottlenecks or issues that may impact project timelinesCoordinate and prioritize the backlog of user stories and tasks for each business analyst, ensuring alignment with overall project goals and prioritiesQualifications:A minimum of three years of ServiceNow project management experience leading application development teams in the delivery of ServiceNow solutions; U.S. Federal government consulting experience preferredBachelor's degree from an accredited college/universitySolid understanding of Agile processes and methodologies, including the ability to properly write users stories and breaking down large stories into component partsExperience with requirements elicitation or the configuration of the ServiceNow platform Experience of using business analysis tools/techniques to design and deliver business change Familiarity with implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platformAbility to travel as required to support firm engagementsApplicant must possess or be eligible for a U.S. Government clearanceKPMG LLP and its affiliates and subsidiaries (“KPMG”) complies with all local/state regulations regarding displaying salary ranges.
