What We’re Looking For Minimum 3+ years of experience in residential conveyancing Strong technical expertise in WA, SA, or TAS – multi-jurisdictional experience is hat least a willingness to learn other jurisdiction Ability to independently manage files from start to finish, without compromising care or quality An exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills A commercial mindset with a proactive, solutions-focused attitude for clients Excellent stakeholder management skills Confident with PEXA and Smokeball, TriConvey or similar legal technology Ability to mentor junior staff and contribute to a positive team culture What You’ll Be Doing Managing conveyancing matters from contract to settlement Liaising directly with clients, brokers and agents – with clarity and confidence Acting with autonomy and accuracy (we don’t micromanage) Adopting tech and automation to drive efficiency What You’ll Get We reward great people properly not just with nice words, but with Commission for performance Flexible work — 100% remote or hybrid Zero politics — just great people doing great work Fast-tracked progression — your growth is tied to your impact, not time served We look forward to hearing from you! #J-18808-Ljbffr Lucent Legal
