Senior Manager, Strategy & Operations

Our client, a leading organization in the technology sector, is seeking a Senior Manager, Strategy & Operations to join their team. As a Senior Manager, Strategy & Operations, you will be part of the Strategy & Operations department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have strategic thinking, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Senior Manager, Strategy & Operations

Location: Raleigh, NC (Hybrid: 3 Days Onsite / 2 Days Remote)

Pay Range: $90

What's the Job?

• Lead cross-functional initiatives to develop and launch new products, offers, and growth programs.

• Partner with Product, Supply Chain, Marketing, Sales, and Go-to-Market leaders to define and execute strategic business initiatives.

• Evaluate customer segments, market opportunities, channel strategies, and revenue potential.

• Coordinate business requirements and systems enablement needed to operationalize new offerings.

• Serve as a thought partner to leadership teams on growth strategy and business priorities.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Operations, Economics, or related field.

• 8+ years of experience in Strategy, Operations, Business Planning, Corporate Strategy, or Management Consulting.

• Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and business planning skills.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
