Schedule Shift: 10A-10P with occasional varying day to mid shifts (i.e., 6A, 9A, 10A, 11A). Job Description The Emergency Department Registered Nurse (ED RN) will provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced emergency department environment. As an integral part of the medical team, the ED RN will ensure optimal patient experiences and promote safety and efficiency within the department. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive nursing care to emergency department patients. Perform assessments, administer medications, and collaborate with the healthcare team. Manage patient flow and support critical care protocols. Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR - MediTech). Participate in trauma care and adherence to safety standards. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Current RN license in the state of Texas. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification. Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification. Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certification.
