Compensation

Expected annual earnings range from $76,000 - $107,000+ per year , based on individual performance and business development efforts.

Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective clients and build lasting professional relationships
• Conduct financial needs discussions and identify appropriate solutions
• Educate clients on products and services that support their financial objectives
• Assist clients with retirement planning, protection strategies, and wealth-building goals
• Maintain consistent follow-up and ongoing client support
• Participate in training, licensing, and professional development programs

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Sales, customer-facing, or financial services experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Goal-oriented and motivated to succeed
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team
• Licensing experience is helpful but not required
