New York Life is seeking motivated professionals to join our Denver office as Financial Services Professionals. Whether your background is in sales, business development, customer service, banking, insurance, or financial services, this role offers the opportunity to develop a rewarding career focused on relationship building and financial guidance.
You'll work closely with clients to understand their needs, identify opportunities, and provide solutions designed to help them achieve financial security.
Compensation
Expected annual earnings range from $76,000 - $107,000+ per year , based on individual performance and business development efforts.
Responsibilities
- Connect with prospective clients and build lasting professional relationships
- Conduct financial needs discussions and identify appropriate solutions
- Educate clients on products and services that support their financial objectives
- Assist clients with retirement planning, protection strategies, and wealth-building goals
- Maintain consistent follow-up and ongoing client support
- Participate in training, licensing, and professional development programs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Sales, customer-facing, or financial services experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Goal-oriented and motivated to succeed
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team
- Licensing experience is helpful but not required
