As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), your primary responsibility is to provide compassionate and personalized care to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. You will support clients in various aspects of their daily lives, fostering their independence, and promoting their overall well-being. Your tasks may include assisting with personal hygiene, meal preparation, medication management, transportation, and engaging clients in recreational and social activities. Your dedication and commitment to enhancing the quality of life for those you serve will be critical in building meaningful and trusting relationships with clients and their families. Additionally, you'll collaborate with a team of professionals to ensure a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment for all individuals under your care.
Salary is $18+ Per Hour - $550+ for Shabbos
