We Are Hospitality.” Role Description The Loss Prevention Supervisor at Hilton Hotels & Resorts in Tampa, FL is a full-time, on-site role responsible for protecting guests, team members, and property assets. This role oversees daily security operations, including monitoring hotel premises, coordinating incident response, and ensuring compliance with safety and security procedures. The supervisor conducts investigations into theft, fraud, and policy violations, maintains accurate incident and inventory records, and supports audits related to loss prevention. This role collaborates closely with hotel management and local authorities when necessary, leads and trains team members on safety protocols, and promotes a culture of vigilance and guest safety throughout the property. Qualifications Candidates should possess skills in Retail Loss Prevention and Inventory Control to identify shrink trends, monitor asset protection, and support accurate stock management. Candidates should possess skills in Physical Security, including surveillance monitoring and access control, to maintain a secure and safe environment for guests and team members. Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to interact effectively with guests, team members, and external partners, and to document incidents clearly and professionally. Candidates should possess Investigation skills to conduct thorough inquiries into incidents, collect evidence, and prepare detailed reports for management and, when needed, law enforcement. Relevant experience in hospitality, hotel security, or loss prevention supervision is beneficial. Knowledge of safety regulations, emergency response procedures, and incident reporting systems is preferred. Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and to remain calm under pressure. High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications in security, criminal justice, or related fields are a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
