Illinois Licensed Senior Legal Counsel

Providing strategic legal support to business teams, the full-time remote Illinois Licensed Senior Legal Counsel will manage commercial contracts, advise on regulatory compliance, and mitigate legal risks within the pharmaceutical packaging and drug delivery sectors. Key responsibilities Serve as primary legal support for designated Pharma business teams, translating legal risks into business recommendations Draft, review, and negotiate various agreements including customer, supply, and confidentiality agreements Advise on legal issues related to pharmaceutical regulations and support compliance initiatives Required qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school with an active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction 6-10 years of relevant legal experience in pharmaceutical, medical device, or highly regulated industries Strong understanding of pharmaceutical and healthcare regulatory environments Exceptional drafting and negotiation skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
