Registered Nurse, PACU Licenses: RN(Compact Accepted)(Copy needed) SSN Required DOB Required References: 1 Reference in the last 12 months skills checklist within 12 mos reference dated within 12 mos job can be up to 5 yrs old must have Preop and pacu skills experience with ortho neuro ent cases
