HR Generalist

Responsibilities

Kforce has a client that is seeking a 100% Remote HR Generalist. This position is a Temporary Assignment through March 31, 2027.Summary:Our client is seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist to provide broad HR support to a distributed workforce. This is a hands-on generalist role ideal for someone who can work independently, manage multiple priorities, and take HR projects from start to finish.Responsibilities:

• Support employee questions related to HR policies and benefits
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding activities
• Support benefits and open enrollment
• Coordinate performance review activities
• Maintain HR documentation and HRIS information
• Assist with offer letters, separation documentation, and employee changes
• Coordinate recruiting activities including job postings, phone screens, and interview scheduling
• Partner with internal departments and external HR vendors
• Identify opportunities to improve HR processes
• Manage HR projects, audits, and special initiatives

Skills

• Degree is not required; Relevant HR experience will be considered
• 2+ years of HR/generalist experience
• Experience with HR administration, benefits, onboarding/offboarding, and employee support
• Experience with HRIS platforms and Microsoft 365
• Strong organizational and project-management skills
• Strong communication, customer service, and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Paycor experience is a plus
• Performance management and recruiting coordination experience is helpful

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.


We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
