About the Role:

Join C&T Forklift Repair as a Service Tech/Forklift and become a vital part of our dedicated team! We are looking for skilled technicians to provide exceptional service and maintenance on a variety of forklifts, ensuring our clients' operations run smoothly.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on forklifts and material handling equipment.
• Diagnose mechanical issues and troubleshoot problems effectively and efficiently.
• Perform inspections and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Maintain accurate records of service performed and parts used.
• Communicate with customers to explain repairs and provide exceptional service.
• Assist in training junior technicians and share knowledge with team members.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in forklift technology.
• Utilize diagnostic tools and software to identify issues accurately.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.
• Proven experience in forklift repair and maintenance.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations in the industry.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
