Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member
Troy Peterson - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our clients. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member. Our ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to contributing to a positive and productive workplace. Responsibilities:
- Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
- Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up on client needs.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
- Insurance experience is not required, but increased pay is available for prior experience and licensing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Will need to obtain insurance license if not already licensed.
Benefits:
- Full-time, in-person role
- Base salary is based on experience and ranges from $40k - $60k per year
- Bonuses, commissions, and performance incentives for a potential total pay of $50k-$70k per year
- Vacation and holiday pay
