You’ll be leading a multidiscipline design team to complete tasks within established schedules & budgets and help advance our business development strategies. Here's what you'll need Demonstrated progressive experience as an engineer and a project manager in the transportation design field Demonstrated knowledge of transportation projects Strong client facing project manager with skills delivering design projects and can bring a team together Skilled in developing and delivering technical presentations to stakeholders, regulatory agencies, and/or the public Well-rounded technical design skills encompassing all contributing disciplines Ideally, Here’s What You’ll Also Have: Experience utilizing Bentley design software such as Open Roads Designer Experience in assisting with business development efforts Ability to and interest in mentoring junior level staff Our health and welfare benefits are designed to invest in you, and in the things you care about. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
