About the Role As a Floating Community Leasing Associate, you’ll represent Fairfield to prospective residents across multiple Boston, MA communities—including Chelsea, Peabody, Lawrence, Woburn, South Walpole, Milford, and Andover. Monthly auto allowance supports travel throughout the region. This role blends sales, customer service, and marketing to create exceptional living experiences and drive leasing success. What You’ll Do Customer Service & Sales – Serve as the first point of contact for prospects and residents, showcase community features, close leases, deliver exceptional service, and maintain resident retention. Operations – Manage lease files and system updates, utilize Yardi software for leasing processes, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations. What We’re Looking For High school diploma or equivalent. Valid driver’s license. Minimum of one year experience in customer service, sales, or retail. Leasing or real estate experience preferred. Experience using Yardi or similar property management software a plus. Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel required.
