As our network of franchises grow, new team managers are integral to our continued success.What You’ve Done...* A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.* 5+ years of full-cycle accounting experience (e.g accounts payable, accounts receivable, closing books monthly and preparing financial reporting and analysis).* Strong experience in federal government contracting, particularly with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Cost Accounting Standards (CAS), and Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA) compliance.* Ensure compliance with FAR, DFARS, CAS, and other federal regulations* Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Deltek Costpoint, Unanet, QuickBooks Government Edition).* Experience with review and set up for new government contracts in accounting system.* Strong working experience with Indirect, direct, unallowable costs and wrap rates for government contracts.* Payroll experience working with multiple government contracts, WIP Reports, Incurred Cost Submissions experience strongly preferred.* Capacity and commitment to work during business hours (8:00 am – 5:00 pm EST, CST, MST, or PST).* Managed day-to-day relationships with clients while performing within established processes and budget parameters.* Exhibited a passion for and sense of personal satisfaction in delighting clients and helping businesses succeed.* Commitment to maintain the highest level of confidentiality while working with client data.Why Work for Supporting Strategies?* MEANINGFUL WORK/LIFE BALANCE – Our unique, virtual, work-from-home opportunities allow you to harmoniously balance your family obligations, passions, and love of ‘getting into the numbers.’* DISTINGUISHED REPUTATION – Supporting Strategies has received the distinction of being a Top 50 Franchisee Satisfaction Award winner by Franchise Business Review for the past 4 years running.
