If you have five years of forklift experience and a strong work ethic, this is your chance to step into a long-term opportunity with weekly pay and training provided.Hours: 6:30am-2:30pm or 5:45pm-6:15amWhat’s in it for you:Competitive pay starting at $21-$25/hr depending on experienceFull-time openings on 1st and 2nd shiftsForklift training and certification offered in-houseOpportunity to cross-train and grow within the companyClean, organized, and safety-focused facilityBenefits: We offer comprehensive benefits to include health, and an incentive recognition bonus (all benefits are based on eligibility).Compensation: Pay will be offered based on several factors including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, and certifications.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Operate electric-powered industrial trucks (forklift/high reach) safely and efficientlyLoad, unload, stack, and transport materialsReplenish shelves using scanning system to verify location and quantityAccurately document inventory activity per SOPsWeigh pallets and organize stock on the warehouse floorFollow all safety procedures, SOPs, and cGMPsCross-train in other departments as neededPerform other duties as assignedSkills/Qualifications:Five years of forklift experience; high-reach preferredMust be licensed to operate lift equipment (training can be provided in-house)High school diploma or GED preferredPrior warehouse or manufacturing experience strongly preferredBasic math and communication skillsMust be able to regularly lift up to 50 lbs, occasionally 70 lbs with assistanceComfortable working in environments with allergens (e.g., nuts, dairy, gluten)Available for overtime as neededEqual Opportunity Employer.
