Full Stack Java Developer - Remote

Full Stack Java DeveloperGenesis10 is currently seeking a Full Stack Java Developer for a remote position with a Global Financial Institution in Plano, TX, Pennington, NJ, and Charlotte, NC. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity.As a Full Stack Java Developer, you will act to automate both infrastructure and software delivery. You will provide software services for server delivery teams and software developers, working with enterprise groups to provide low-touch capabilities across a wide domain. This role involves working with DevOps platforms, tools, and middleware systems.Responsibilities:Design and develop applications and services in an Agile, Scrum, and Lean environmentAutomate both infrastructure and software deliveryProvide software services for server delivery teams and software developersWork with enterprise groups to provide low-touch capabilitiesEngage with DevOps platforms and tools as well as middleware systemsRequirements:10+ years of industry experience in design and development of applications and servicesExcellent development skills in Java, Spring Boot, JavaScript, Angular, Oracle, and MSSQL (Full stack)Experience with DevOps, Linux OS, Cloud platforms, and Middleware (Tomcat or JBoss)Strong knowledge of design patterns and best practices in web services, full stack system architecture, and system integrationExperience with orchestration technologies, GIT, and CI/CD pipelinesGood understanding of object-oriented principles, system design, data structures, and algorithmsExperience in the full system implementation lifecycle (analysis, design, build, test, implement, and support)Experience with IDEs like VS Code or EclipseDesired Skills:Degree in Computer Science or related fieldKnowledge and/or experience with DevOps and CI/CD IntegrationKnowledge of Kubernetes or equivalent container orchestration systemsExperience with delivering Infrastructure as Code using TerraformOpen and clear communicationTeamwork and time management skillsFlexibility and availabilityCreativityPay range: $58.31 - $66.31 per hourOnly candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.If you have the described qualifications and are interested in this exciting opportunity, please apply!
