Master Electrician

We are hiring Registered, Journeyman, and Master Electricians, along with Electrical Site Leads, for a major longterm data center construction project in Beaver Dam, Wisconsin. This is one of the largest ongoing builds in the region, offering stability, competitive pay, and multiyear career potential.

This role begins as a 6month contract, with 7+ years of secured work on site.

Key Responsibilities
- Electrical installation of conduit, wiring, panels, and equipment according to NEC standards
- Troubleshooting and resolving electrical issues in a fastpaced construction environment
- Reading blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams
- Collaborating with site leadership to maintain productivity and workflow
- Ensuring safety compliance and upholding a strong culture of safety
- Oversee all electrical construction activities on-site, from planning to final inspection.
- Lead, mentor, and coordinate field crews, subcontractors, and apprentices to deliver high-quality work.

Certifications: OSHA10 provided if not already held

Required Skills & Experience
- Active Wisconsin electrical license (Registered, Journeyman, or Master)
- Experience in commercial or industrial construction
- Led electrical crews and proven leadership experience
- Ability to work in a fastpaced, safetydriven environment
