Are you an experienced manufacturing leader who enjoys coaching teams and improving production performance? Millennium Print Group is seeking a Packaging Line Lead to help drive operational excellence within our world-class trading card manufacturing facility. If you’re passionate about manufacturing, quality, team leadership, and continuous improvement, this is your opportunity to build products enjoyed by millions around the world. Location: Cary, NC (Onsite) Schedule: Full-Time | Manufacturing Schedule Pay & Benefits: Competitive hourly pay + comprehensive benefits package What You’ll Do Lead daily packaging production line activities to ensure safe, efficient, and accurate manufacturing operations. Verify job tickets, product specifications, first-article approvals, and material accuracy before production begins. Coordinate team assignments based on skill level while training and mentoring employees throughout the shift. Perform ongoing quality inspections and hourly product checks to ensure compliance with customer specifications. Monitor production flow, identify bottlenecks, and implement process improvements that increase efficiency and reduce downtime. Coordinate material replenishment to maintain continuous production and prevent interruptions. Promote workplace safety by ensuring proper equipment usage, ergonomic practices, and compliance with company safety standards. What You’ll Bring High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum 3 years of manufacturing or printing experience. At least 1 year of leadership or team lead experience. Experience in packaging, production, fulfillment, or printing operations preferred. Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Ability to read job tickets, work instructions, and product labels accurately.
