Description of the role: We’re seeking an experiencedSenior Analyst to join our growing Corporate Finance Advisory team. In this role, you'll play akey part in delivering high-quality advisory engagements across a diverse rangeof industries and transaction types. Working closely with Partners, Principalsand Managers, you'll take ownership of analytical workstreams, prepareclient-ready deliverables and contribute to the successful execution of complexengagements. This is an excellentopportunity to gain exposure to the full transaction lifecycle—from initialopportunity assessment through to completion—while further developing yourtechnical expertise, commercial judgement and client advisory skills.
