Senior Affordable Housing Compliance Specialist

Cambridge Real Estate Services seeks a Compliance Specialist to evaluate and monitor properties for compliance with affordable housing programs. The role is in-office, full-time (40 hours weekly), Monday to Friday, reporting to the Compliance Department. You will ensure tax credit and HUD file compliance, coordinate government reporting, and train Property Managers on corrective actions while staying current on regional regulations. #J-18808-Ljbffr Cambridge Real Estate Services
