Location: Arlington, Virginia (Onsite)Employment Type: Contract Role Overview We are seeking a Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruiting processes. This role involves sourcing, interviewing, checking references, extending offers, and conducting orientation for new employees. The position requires the ability to rely on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals while performing a variety of tasks. Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, interview, and check references for potential employees.
- Extend employment offers and conduct orientation for new hires.
- Perform exit interviews and process changes in employee status.
- Utilize experience and judgment to plan and achieve recruitment goals.
- Handle a variety of recruitment-related tasks.
- May lead and direct the work of other recruiting staff.
