Litigation Paralegal

Seeking a highly organized Litigation Paralegal with 3+ years of experience to support attorneys in managing litigation matters through resolution, including trial preparation when necessary. This full-time onsite role is ideal for a candidate who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has strong client communication, case management, and litigation support skills. Personal Injury litigation experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative, clerical, and litigation support to attorneys on active cases.
• Maintain attorney calendars and track important deadlines, hearings, and case events.
• Schedule depositions, mediations, pre-depositions, hearings, meetings, and conferences.
• Manage and organize case documents using Microsoft Office, Adobe, and FileVine.
• E-file legal documents through the State E-Portal system and assist with additional filings as needed.
• Assist attorneys in preparing for depositions, hearings, conferences, and trial.
• Draft basic legal documents including pleadings, motions, affidavits, subpoenas, and correspondence under attorney supervision.
• Communicate professionally with clients, courts, opposing counsel, and third parties.
• Coordinate CourtCalls, Zoom hearings, and other virtual proceedings.
• Support discovery, fact-finding projects, and maintenance of organized case files.
• Perform additional litigation and administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of litigation or paralegal experience preferred.
• Personal Injury litigation experience strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with the discovery process and litigation procedures.
• Experience with state court e-filing systems preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal case management systems.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage a heavy workload in a deadline-driven environment.
• Team-oriented mindset with a professional and service-focused attitude.
