Primary Care Physician Opportunity – Northwest Pennsylvania

30 Minutes from Warren | Kane, PA

Position Overview

A respected non-profit regional health system is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician to join its network in Kane, Pennsylvania . This is a 100% outpatient, employed position offering flexibility, strong compensation, and excellent work–life balance.

The position is available immediately , and PGY-1 and PGY-2 residents are encouraged to apply .

Practice Highlights

• Permanent, full-time position

• Outpatient only

• No call (potential phone rotation TBD)

• Flexible scheduling options

• Hospital-based clinic

• Patient volume: ~20 patients per day

• Ability to see all ages or adults only

• Work alongside experienced physicians and APPs

• Facility size: ~31-bed acute care hospital

Compensation & Incentives

• Competitive base salary

• Productivity and quality incentives (wRVU-based)

• $75,000 sign-on bonus
