This role is a self-scheduling position with shifts that start every two hours on the odd hour, around the clock.Our state-of-the-art Emergency Department is the area's only adult Level 1 Trauma Center. It features a 4-bed Trauma Bay, 55 general ED beds, and a busy triage area, supported by specialized staffing including dedicated Arena Teams (4 RNs, 2 Techs, 1 Paramedic) and Trauma teams (4 RNs, 1 Tech, 1 Paramedic). Nursing-to-patient ratios are thoughtfully adjusted based on care areas to ensure optimal patient outcomes in this dynamic, high-acuity environment.
