Care Management Support Specialist

To support a growing care management program, the full-time Care Management Support Specialist will manage service requests, maintain case documentation, and compile reports while ensuring audit readiness in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Respond to service requests from internal and external customers accurately and promptly Maintain and manage case documentation to ensure audit readiness Compile and distribute monthly reports and maintain logs for leadership and customer updates Required qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (GED) Prior experience in a medical front office, hospital patient intake, or medical claims processing Experience with healthcare administrative data, including claims and billing Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with Airtable and Power BI Knowledge of medical terminology, including ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding is a plus Virtual Vocations Inc
