Wider Circle Talent Acquisition Specialist

Wider Circle partners with health plans and provider groups to deliver community-based programs that connect neighbors and improve health outcomes, focusing on health equity and social care for Medicare/Medicaid populations. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in recruiting frontline community health professionals who directly impact communities across the United States. You will be supported a growing talent acquisition team and collaborate closely with HR and hiring managers to ensure a seamless recruitment and onboarding process.

Sourcing & Recruiting

• Source, attract, screen and hire candidates for frontline community health roles across the U.S., including Community Health Workers, Care Navigators, Case Managers, and similar positions.
• Create job listings in Workable and manage applicant pipelines.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for high-volume and recurring roles
• Conduct phone screens to assess candidate qualifications, availability, and cultural fit and make recommendations about whether to move candidates forward.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within our Applicant Tracking System (Workable)
• Close 8-10 roles per month.

Candidate & Hiring Manager Support

• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Serve as a primary point of contact for applicants throughout the hiring process, ensuring a positive candidate experience
• Perform thorough reference checks and summarize findings for hiring managers
• Assist with offer letter preparation and pre-employment documentation

Onboarding Support

• Partner with HR and hiring managers to ensure a smooth transition from offer acceptance to Day 1
