LVN - Part Time

Hourly Pay: $33 - $35

Maxim Healthcare in Atwater, CA is hiring for a experienced Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to work with a Pediatric patient in their own home for G-tube, Trach and Vent management.

* Experience Required: Minimum of 1 year of experience with LVN license.

* Schedule: Thursdays and Fridays 2pm - 10pm.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patients condition.
• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.

Qualifications:

• Currently licensed as an LVN in the state in which the LVN will practice.
• Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.
• One year prior professional nursing experience preferred
