Base Pay: $3,000/month + Commission | OTE: $100,000+ Annually

About the Role

Are you a sales-driven professional with a talent for building relationships and exceeding targets? We're seeking a  Aesthetic Sales Lead (Sales Manager)
who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering both results and exceptional client experiences.

This is more than a front desk role — you'll be a key revenue driver, upselling services and crafting custom solutions that leave clients coming back for more. What You'll Do

  • Drive Sales & Revenue : Promote spa services, treatments, and packages to both new and loyal clients.
  • Upsell & Cross-Sell : Craft personalized recommendations that align with client needs and maximize sales.
  • Build Client Relationships : Foster loyalty by creating exceptional client experiences and following up with care.
  • Exceed Goals : Consistently meet and surpass individual and team sales targets.
  • Collaborate Creatively : Work with the team to design promotions and strategies that attract and retain clients.
  • Stay Informed : Keep up with spa trends, wellness services, and new offerings to better serve and impress clients.
  • Deliver Outstanding Service : Handle inquiries, resolve concerns, and ensure every client leaves satisfied.

What We're Looking For

  • Sales or customer service experience (spa, wellness, or hospitality industries preferred)
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to connect, influence, and inspire trust
  • A relationship builder who understands and anticipates client preferences
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for exceeding performance targets
  • Spa industry knowledge is a bonus — enthusiasm for health and wellness is a must
  • Highly organized , energetic, and self-motivated with a proactive approach to daily tasks
