Packer- Pay up to $17.50/hr- IN.

Location: Indianapolis, IN.
Pay: $17.50/hr
Shift: 1st- Monday - Thursday: 6:30 AM - 4:00 PM
Friday: 6:30 AM - 10:30 AM
Overtime may be available on Fridays until 3:00 PM and occasionally on Saturdays.
Key Responsibilities

• Assemble and package medical care kits.
• Perform light hand assembly and kitting tasks.
• Pack, label, and palletize shipping boxes.
• Follow written work instructions and production procedures.
• Conduct basic quality inspections as assigned.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area following 5S standards.
• Work effectively in a team environment to meet production goals.
• Stand at a workstation for extended periods while performing repetitive tasks.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 0-5 years of experience in packing, assembly, production, warehouse, or general labor roles.
• Ability to stand in the same location for up to 9 hours per day.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions.
• Strong attendance and reliability.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with packaging, labeling, kitting, or hand assembly.
• Experience in a manufacturing or medical device environment.
• Familiarity with 5S practices and quality inspections.

This is a Contract position based out of Indianapolis, IN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.50 - $17.50/hr.
