Location: Chico, Redding and Sacramento markets (travel required)

The Opportunity
We're looking for a high-energy, entrepreneurial Marketing & Catering Manager who can help accelerate TBar's growth.
This is a highly hands-on role with responsibility for both building the brand and driving revenue . You'll develop and execute marketing initiatives that generate awareness, trial, frequency, and loyalty while also building our catering business through direct sales, promotions, partnerships, and third-party platforms.

What You'll Do
Marketing & Brand

• Develop and execute marketing strategies that drive traffic, sales, trial, frequency, and loyalty . 
• Lead local marketing, digital campaigns, promotions, and community outreach. 
• Manage TBar's CRM and loyalty initiatives to increase guest engagement and retention. 
• Oversee social media strategy and develop compelling, on-brand content. 
• Help create campaigns and experiences that reflect TBar's fun, energetic, and irreverent personality . 
• Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels and guest touchpoints. 
• Identify new opportunities to build awareness and attract new customers. 

Catering & Business Development (Some travel required)

• Own the strategy and execution of TBar's catering program.
• Drive B2B catering sales through strategic outreach and catering drops across all market locations: Sacramento, Rocklin, Chico, and Redding. 
• Drive catering revenue through direct sales, promotions, community outreach, and third-party platforms . 
• Develop relationships with businesses, organizations, schools, and community partners. 
• Identify new markets and opportunities to grow catering sales. 
• Track performance and continuously improve the catering experience. 

Leadership & Execution

• Manage marketing and catering budgets and measure return on investment. 
• Coordinate with vendors, agencies, restaurant teams, and outside partners. 
• Translate ideas into action and move projects from concept to execution. 
• Report results, insights, and opportunities to company leadership. 

What We're Looking For

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias toward action and results. 
• Strong marketing strategy, brand development, and campaign planning skills. 
• Experience with digital marketing, social media, CRM, and content creation. 
• Strong copywriting, editing, and creative communication skills. 
• Excellent organization, project management, and time-management abilities. 
• Strong sales and business-development instincts. 
• Ability to work collaboratively with restaurant teams and a diverse range of partners. 
• Food & beverage, hospitality, retail, or consumer marketing experience is a plus. 
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field or equivalent real-world experience .

Compensation

• Salary range $70k - $75k DOE
• 401k offered, including employer matching
• 10 days PTO
