What You'll Do Represent buyers and sellers throughout Fairfield County, CT, and Westchester County, NY Conduct buyer consultations and listing presentations Follow up with team-generated buyer and seller opportunities Show properties and help buyers identify the right homes Prepare and negotiate offers and guide clients through the transaction Prospect, nurture, and maintain relationships with prospective and past clients Build a long-term referral and repeat-client business Use our CRM, AI-powered technology, and follow-up systems to manage your pipeline Participate in sales training, coaching, role‑play, and accountability designed to increase production What Makes Our Team Different Team-Generated Buyer & Seller Opportunities You don't have to rely exclusively on your personal sphere or spend your entire day searching for your next client.
