AEITS, a GTSC company, seeks a Systems Administrator, Tier 2, Level 2. Location: Annapolis Junction, Maryland area ~~~ Shift work - Wed to Sun 2PM to 10 PM~~~ All work is on-site, in-person in a SCIF environment. This is not a hybrid or remote position.~~~~~~~~~~Clearance: Top Secret SCI with appropriate polygraph.Compensation: $85,000 to $92,000Job Description:Provides technical support and troubleshooting to network, desktop, and/or systems hardware and softwareMay coach and provide guidance to less-experienced professionalsApplies basic diagnostic techniques to identify problems, investigate causes, and recommend solutionsProvides remote support access through desktop mirroring and other remote access applications for worldwide sitesIdentify, investigate, resolve, and follow-up problems brought to the helpdesk by users of cloud infrastructureMandatory Requirements and Certifications:HardwareRemote AssistanceRemote DesktopCompTIA A+ CECompTIA Network+ CEPrivileged UserMust Sign an NDA Education RequirementsHigh School or GED with 15 years' experience; orBachelor's Degree with 10 years' experience  BENEFITS - Full-time Employees401K with employer contribution.
