• Earn up to $25.00 per hour based on experience
• Full-Time
• Monday-Friday
• 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
• No weekends!

Welder/Fabricator Responsibilities


As a Welder/Fabricator , you will:

• Perform MIG and Stick welding on steel components
• Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, work orders, and fabrication drawings
• Lay out, align, position, and secure parts prior to welding and assembly
• Fabricate and weld steel components according to specifications and quality standards
• Operate welding equipment safely and efficiently
• Inspect completed welds to ensure quality and accuracy
• Perform routine preventive maintenance on welding equipment
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and report repairs when necessary
• Complete daily equipment inspections and documentation
• Follow all workplace safety procedures and quality standards

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of MIG and Stick welding experience
• Ability to read blueprints, work instructions, and fabrication drawings
• Experience using measuring tools including calipers, rulers, straightedges, and combination squares
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
